Yesterday, I had the privilege of guest lecturing a brilliant group of Master's and Undergrad students on the changes to NZS 3910:2023, adding a "real-world" perspective to their academic studies. Specifically, we focused on the most critical change, Clause 6: the new dual roles of the Independent Certifier (IC) and the Contract Administrator (CA).
